as our chosen song for our video was 'Waking Up In Vegas' our group thought it would be a really good idea if we got clips of gambling at a local arcade. We contacted the manager of the arcade to authorise filming and he said it would be fine as long as we were supervised by him and it that we only filmed on games that you didn't include money. This was because it could be scene as this company was glamorising gambling and because of children being in the premises. We found this totally acceptable and through editing we knew we could still get the effect wanted. However when we tried to get in touch again with the manager to book a time and date to film he did not respond to our calls or emails and we were unable to film without his permission and supervision. We got over this obstacle as we used an at-home-roulette set that featured chips, cards, etc and we used discrete camera angles to achieve clips without scenery.
